the hotel is wonderful small, offers accommodation in a good area. it features reasonably spacious rooms with a beautiful table and an enormous bath, as for instance. as for me the food is excellent, and they have lots of meals. thank you for a very relaxing stay.

The setting is good, really close to the city centre and the Acacia Mall and which anchors a large variety of shops, green area. The hotel offers a wide array of food that was good!

As vegetarians and vegans, we were delighted to find a wide variety of delicious plant-based options on the menu. The staff was knowledgeable and accommodating, ensuring that our dietary needs were met.

We felt extremely safe and had nothing to complain about during our stay.

The setting is magnificent and favourable, just next door to conferences such as other hotels and Makerere University and the Acacia Mall. The room is brand-new and well-appointed with lovely views of Kololo hills.

The general areas were well-maintained and comfortable, providing a relaxing space to unwind. , the hotel was easily accessible for senior people, with well-designed ramps and elevators, making it convenient to move around without any difficulties.

I would have appreciated more options for activities specifically tailored for senior guests.

I recently stayed at Humura Resorts in Kampala for a week-long vacation. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the facilities were top-notch. The breakfast served was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a super king size bed and a luxurious bath. The staff at Humura Resorts were the highlight of my stay, displaying professionalism, friendliness, and attentiveness. I cannot wait to return next year!

I would highly recommend this hotel.

the rooms are big - clean, and well decorated. the location is good - away from the mess - so you can sleep well. there's parking in front and lots of nice places to sit. the staff - like Ronald at the front desk and Denis - Rick, and Daniel in the restaurant - are amazing. the new general manager - Fernando - is friendly and makes sure your stay is perfect. 5th time staying and already planning to go back next year.

This hotel had some of the best staff I've ever encountered. They were always willing to help and had a great attitude towards their work. Furthermore, the location was perfect. It had great access to transportation and was in the city centre, making it easy to find great restaurants and explore the city. The hotel facilities were also top-notch. The cleanliness was incredible, and they had ample parking available. Lastly, their breakfast was delicious and had a wide selection available.

The staff, particularly Ronald at the front desk and Denis, Rick, and Daniel in the restaurant, go above and beyond to ensure your stay is absolutely mind-blowing. The new General Manager, Fernando, is extremely friendly and ensures every detail is taken care of. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, this resort is a hidden gem. I've already started planning my return trip next year, as this place is truly superb!

That the hot water took a little while to come on and the sheets were a bit worn and had some stains.
